Abstrak

The results of research conducted by the phenomenon that the implementation of clinical supervision in strengthening the quality of learning is quite good. Clinical supervision is carried out once a week at the teaching evaluation meeting. If it is necessary to supervise individuals, the principal will record who will be supervised for positive behavior so that motivation in learning objectives can increase. strengthening the quality of learning can be done through supervision programs. By way of the Supervisor gives a positive response along with stimulus during the follow-up meeting. In addition, if the results of the teacher's performance are good, the principal as a supervisor gives appreciation in the form of an award certificate.
